Is a remote opportunity something that could interest you? I am currently working with an AmLaw Top 50 firm that are looking to bring someone into their Product Liability practice. This is a chance for anyone with 6+ years of experience within either Product Liability or Commercial Litigation to gain better work-life-balance whilst still working on some really high complex projects. This opportunity sits within a firm that prides themselves on open door policies, collaborative working, and specific Associate mentorship.

What are they looking for?

• 6+ years of experience in Product Liability or Commercial Litigation
• Happy to work on West Coast hours if you're not located there already
• Strong case management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Within this practice you will be managing cases with a high degree of autonomy. The role will involve drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery. Additionally, you will be managing document collection, review, and production.
