Customs Operations & Duty Optimization Oversee end-to-end import/export clearances, ensuring strict adherence to HS classification, Valuation, and Rules of Origin to minimize disputes and SCNs. Identify and execute duty-saving opportunities through FTA benefits and exemption schemes (AA, EPCG, DTA, SEZ, EOU, MOOWR). CHA operations, managing daily coordination, rate contracts, deferred duty management, and reconciliation. Drive the standardization of Project Import processes (including Bond/BG closures) and reduce demurrage/detention costs through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive controls.
