Dialysis Licensed Vocational Nurse

In this on-site role, you will perform patient assessments, monitor responses to dialysis, administer medications, and support vascular access care while maintaining rigorous infection-control standards. You’ll document in the EHR, educate patients and families, and collaborate with RNs, nephrologists, and an interdisciplinary team.
