Job Summary:

The Front Office Administrator is responsible for managing the reception area, handling front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role acts as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Maintain visitor log/register
• Issue visitor passes as per company policy
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls

2. Communication Handling

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Respond to general email inquiries
• Handle courier and postal services
• Coordinate internal communication when required

3. Administrative Support

• Maintain office records and files
• Support HR/admin in documentation
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
• Maintain meeting room bookings

4. Office Maintenance & Coordination

• Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Ensure reception and common areas are clean and organized

5. Vendor & Facility Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for office services
• Track and maintain office asset records
• Support facility-related activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative role
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
