Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 nursing care for a child while attending school in Bartonville.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for consistent MondayFriday daytime hours, evenings free, and weekends off while having the time to focus on just ONE patient.

You'll begin your day with your patient and provide the skilled nursing care and support they need to safely attend school and participate in their daily routine.

As your patient's 1:1 nurse, you'll help them safely participate in their school day while providing the skilled nursing care they need.

Your responsibilities may include:

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care throughout the school day
Accompany and support your patient while attending school
Monitor your patient's condition and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Provide case-specific skilled nursing care
Respond appropriately to changes in condition
Communicate with the family, school staff, and Castor clinical team
Complete required nursing documentation

Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Compassionate and dependable approach to care
Interest in working one-on-one with a pediatric patient

Previous pediatric or private duty nursing experience isn't required. Castor provides paid, hands-on case-specific training so you feel comfortable and confident before working independently.
