Job Description Assist in managing construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout Partner with Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate project activities with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, invoices, and procurement logs Conduct regular site visits to monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance Identify and help resolve project challenges, risks, and operational issues Assist in managing project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of project management, project engineering, or related construction experience Experience supporting civil, sitework, earthwork, utility, or heavy construction projects preferred Valid Massachusetts Hoisting License (2A/1C) required OSHA 10 certification required Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore Experience with estimating platforms and project tracking systems Demonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results What's on Offer Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 Competitive benefits package Career development and advancement opportunities Direct mentorship from experienced construction leaders Long-term growth potential within a growing organization
