We're seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist to join our vibrant Nashville West team! If you thrive in a fun, creative, flexible, and compassionate culture and share our mission to provide high-quality mental health care in Middle Tennessee, we'd love to meet you. We're especially interested in professionals experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting who can offer trauma-informed care. Ideal candidates are engaging, team-oriented, and excited to help clients heal and grow.

Benefits include competitive salary, opportunity for advancement, training & development, health insurance, paid time off, dental insurance, and vision insurance.

About Ellie: Ellie Mental Health is a thriving, multi-clinic organization on a mission to end the stigma around mental health, close care gaps, and bring fresh innovation to the field. We remove unnecessary barriers so our clinicians can focus on what they do best—providing top-notch client care. We minimize administrative load and maximize joy. Happy therapists = better outcomes. It's that simple.

Who You Are: Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD. Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families. Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred. Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources. Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels.

What You'll Do: Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans. Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation. Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals. Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers. Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training. Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 clients/week (for full-time). Part-time options available.

Why Ellie? Flexible scheduling & hybrid work options. Generous compensation & benefits including paid time off, sick time, and holidays (yes, including your birthday!). Paid CEU time + access to our exclusive Ellie CEU learning system. Paid administrative time. Clinical support & supervision. Creative freedom to develop your clinical interests and specialty programs. Fun team culture with swag, team building, and genuine support.

Important to Know: Ellie clinics are independently owned franchises. If hired, you'll be employed by the Nashville West franchise owner—not Ellie Family Services, PLLP, or its affiliates. Employment terms are set by the local franchise. Ellie Mental Health and its franchisees are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers, committed to fostering diverse, inclusive workplaces. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and identities. Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities. Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $76,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year.
