Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations
• Oversee onboarding processes for new hires

Required Skills:

• Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Strong background in interviewing and relationship management
• Ability to make strategic decisions and negotiate effectively
• Knowledge of supply chain, media, and finance industries
• Experience with background checks and military background a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for recruitment
• Experience with strategy development and engineering

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $150,000 annually
