Job Description: Business Development Executive (Media & Advertising) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Media and Advertising sector. The ideal candidate will have experience across all stages of the sales cycle — including prospecting, lead qualification, client pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, deal closure, and ongoing relationship management. This role requires strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to translate client needs into effective media and marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the media, advertising, and marketing ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and direct clients to promote media and creative services. Lead the complete sales cycle — from prospecting, client meetings, and proposal development to negotiation, closure, and post-sales support. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized advertising and marketing solutions. Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools and ensure consistent communication with clients. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify business growth opportunities. Achieve revenue targets and contribute to brand visibility and positioning in the market. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within media, advertising, or marketing industries. Proven record of managing the complete sales cycle with measurable results. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management experience. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office applications. Creative thinking and understanding of media planning or advertising solutions are a plus.
