Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for its retail locations nationwide. This hybrid role in NYC will partner closely with retail leadership and Human Resources to attract and hire talent who reflect the brand’s service standards and culture.Luxury retail recruiting experience is required. The ideal candidate brings a strong network within the luxury market, experience managing multiple searches, and a thoughtful approach to candidate relationships.

ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for retail positions across the country, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and establish hiring priorities.Proactively source luxury retail talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.Build talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring, new store openings, and future business needs.Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, qualifications, and alignment with the brand’s expectations.Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring teams through timely decisions.Manage offer discussions and negotiations in partnership with Human Resources.Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring challenges.Deliver a professional, attentive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
QualificationsProven experience managing full-cycle recruitment within luxury retail.Strong understanding of retail roles, store operations, and luxury service standards.Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple markets and manage competing hiring priorities.Established sourcing skills and a strong network of luxury retail professionals.Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate candidates and hiring teams across U.S. time zones.
Salary: $110K–$120KSchedule: Hybrid NYC
