• 15+ years of overall experience in IT services with strong expertise in program and engagement management.
• Extensive experience in the US Healthcare domain with a deep understanding of industry processes, client expectations, and business challenges.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end engagements, including client relationship management, stakeholder management, and overall account governance.
• Experience in leading and managing multiple delivery streams/programs simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Strong expertise in Program Management, including planning, execution, risk management, governance, budgeting, and delivery oversight.
• Hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI deployments, driving adoption and delivering business value through innovative solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning through deployment and support.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• Strong communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills with experience interacting directly with senior client leadership.
