Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to kick-start your career in marketing and sales? At Garden State AGNC, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build real connections - create brand awareness, engage with customers, and help drive business growth through in-store retail campaigns and customer interactions within our partnered retail locations. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. We provide fully paid training and development!
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute retail-based campaigns that increase customer engagement and support sales growthInteract directly with customers in retail environments to increase brand awareness and generate salesBe the face of the brand—confidently explain product features and benefits to potential customersCreate authentic connections through friendly, in-person conversations in a retail environmentAttend client product training sessions and confidently communicate product features and benefits to customersIdentify sales opportunities and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding performance goals
QualificationsPreferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retailHigh School Diploma or GED requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyTeam-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitudeLeadership potential and a desire for career growthReliable, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results
