Job Description : Enterprise Architect

Experience: 12+ years

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: 0-15 days

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define, govern, and drive enterprise-wide architecture standards and cloud transformation initiatives. The role will provide technical leadership across multiple applications and projects, establish architecture best practices, ensure solution quality, optimize cloud spending, and align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy & Governance

• Define enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and technical strategies.

• Develop and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and implementation guidelines.

• Establish architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, security reviews, and compliance assessments.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native solutions.

• Create logical architecture diagrams, physical architecture diagrams, and data flow designs.

• Guide development teams in implementing architectural best practices.

• Ensure technical quality and consistency across applications and platforms.

Cloud & FinOps Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP

environments.

• Collaborate with FinOps teams to optimize cloud consumption and operational costs.

• Apply cloud-native design principles to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

• Recommend technology improvements and modernization opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Influence decision-making across projects and application teams.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and technical artifacts.

• Mentor and support junior architects, engineers, and development teams.

• Drive adoption of enterprise architecture best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or cloud architecture roles.

• Experience establishing architecture patterns, frameworks, and governance processes.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:

• Hands-on experience with:

o Azure App Services

o Azure SQL Database

• Experience implementing FinOps best practices.

• Understanding of security, compliance, and operational governance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AIG environments, applications, and supporting ecosystems.

• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and convert findings into actionable recommendations.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and outcomes with an action-oriented mindset.
