Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion Manage project schedules and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and vendors Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications Partner closely with the Project Manager to drive project success Conduct subcontractor meetings, inspections, and quality control reviews Maintain site safety standards and enforce company policies and procedures Coordinate project logistics, inspections, and workforce planning Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Demonstrated success leading ground-up projects valued at $50M+ Experience with healthcare, medical, education, institutional, or large commercial projects Strong tilt-wall/tilt-up construction experience required Ability to independently manage all field operations with minimal oversight Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills Familiarity with South Florida subcontractor and vendor markets preferred OSHA certification and strong safety background preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Long-term growth opportunities with a stable, well-established contractor Immediate hiring opportunity for the right candidate
