Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion Manage project schedules and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and vendors Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications Partner closely with the Project Manager to drive project success Conduct subcontractor meetings, inspections, and quality control reviews Maintain site safety standards and enforce company policies and procedures Coordinate project logistics, inspections, and workforce planning Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
