Strategy Manager

We are seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Group Strategy team supporting the Vice Chairman's Office. This high-visibility role offers exposure to group-level strategic decision-making across a diversified business portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support corporate strategy development, annual business planning, and strategic reviews across Group businesses.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify business opportunities and strategic insights.
• Build financial models, evaluate business cases, and perform profitability, investment, and scenario analyses.
• Develop executive MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to track key business and financial metrics.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and Board discussions.
• Drive cross-functional strategic projects by tracking milestones, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with business and functional teams to consolidate information and support leadership decision-making.
• Undertake high-priority and confidential assignments, including research, benchmarking, and executive presentations.

Job Specifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, CEO/Chairman's Office, Business Planning, or Strategic Projects
• MBA (with a specialization in Operations or Strategy) from a premier institute.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
