CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Lead to own the full outbound engine for a growing GTM team in the United States. You will build prospect lists, set up campaigns across email and LinkedIn, ensure CRM integrity, manage email infrastructure, and report on performance.

You'll thrive in a fast-moving early-stage environment, own day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements while collaborating with the Head of GTM and Revenue Strategy.
