Job Summary

The Senior Analyst – Order Management is responsible for overseeing end-to-end order lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in order processing. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing including order entry, validation, fulfillment, and invoicing Review and validate customer orders for completeness and accuracy Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution Handle order-related escalations and provide timely resolution Monitor order queues and ensure SLA adherence Perform root cause analysis on order issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems Support audits and compliance requirements Provide regular reports and insights on order performance metrics Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 6-9 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in shared services or global delivery environment Knowledge of order-to-cash (O2 C) processes Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
