GFL Environmental is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Diesel Mechanic to support our waste and recycling fleet. In this role, you will lead evening shop operations, perform advanced diagnostics, and complete repairs on diesel trucks and related equipment. You’ll prioritize work orders, guide mechanics, and ensure all maintenance meets safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining accurate repair records, and supporting a safety-first, team-focused culture in a fast-paced, essential services environment.
