REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECTIN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT.
Duties and Responsibilities:● Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members● Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members● Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings● Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on salesperformance● Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customerservice● Communicate and collaborate with regional manager● Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures
