Aegis is currently partnering with a BILLION DOLLAR company looking to identify a Project Engineer to join their growing manufacturing team !

Responsibilities;
- Evaluating existing equipment to make it smarter and more efficient
- Troubleshooting underperforming equipment while working with maintenance on the root cause
- Implementing & driving automation projects to find ways to reduce manual labor
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of high volume manufacturing experience focused on project, CAPEX, Industrial, CI, Process or manufacturing
- Experience with equipment upgrades, or manufacturing efficiency and cost savings projects related to labor, material, scrap, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude & not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Hands-on problem-solving experience – able to go out on the shop floor identify root causes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly preferred
