What We're Looking For: DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Illinois. Physical Requirements: Essential Duties Performance: Demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
