Premier Ground up projects with reputable South Florida GC About Our Client Our client is a long-standing general contractor with deep roots in Palm Beach County, delivering luxury homes, country clubs, and high-end commercial projects valued between $5M and $40M. They are known for strong client relationships, a high percentage of negotiated work, and a collaborative approach with subcontractors. With a growing pipeline of country club projects, they are expanding their field leadership team while maintaining a tight geographic focus and strong company culture. Job Description Oversee day-to-day on-site operations from project start through completion Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Enforce job site safety standards and maintain a professional work environment Monitor progress, identify issues early, and proactively prevent delays Coordinate inspections, sequencing, and critical path activities Review construction drawings and specifications across multiple scopes Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project teams and clients MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Experience as a Superintendent on country club, high-end commercial, hospitality, or luxury residential projects Strong tenure and interest in long-term employment Flexible experience across different project types Ability to manage complex schedules, trades, and client expectations Strong communication skills and leadership presence on site Palm Beach County project experience preferred What's on Offer Base salary $120K-$150K, depending on experience Health insurance with low weekly employee contribution and HSA funding 401(k) with 4% company match Gas card (1 tank per week) Monthly car allowance $250-$400 Phone reimbursement or company plan Discretionary bonus 3%-5% Paid vacation and long-term career stability
