Regional Sales Manager | Hydraulics & Lubrication Systems

Machfox Hydraulic & Lubrication System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and service excellence across the assigned region.

The role involves leading sales and service teams, developing key industrial and OEM accounts, achieving regional revenue targets, and building long-term customer relationships across sectors.

Opening Position: Regional Sales Manager (East/ West/ South)

Qualification: BE, B.Tec (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales strategy, revenue, and market growth.
• Develop key accounts, OEM partnerships, and new industrial opportunities.
• Lead and mentor sales executives and service engineers.
• Oversee installations, preventive maintenance, and customer service.
• Track KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and regional performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent Machfox at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.

Ideal Candidate

• 7–10+ years of experience in industrial sales/service, preferably hydraulics, lubrication, or industrial equipment.
• Engineering or Business Administration background.
• Proven experience managing teams and regional business targets.
• Strong understanding of industrial customers and OEMs.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Location: Pan-India | Regional Travel Required
