We're Hiring | Telecaller (Real Estate)
VSK Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our sales team in Coimbatore.
Location: Coimbatore (Onsite) Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Handle leads from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, , 99acres, website, and Whats App. Update and maintain lead details in CRM/Lead Sheets.Customer Follow-up
Call new enquiries immediately. Perform daily follow-ups with existing leads. Update call status and customer remarks after every interaction.Site Visit Coordination
Convince customers to schedule a site visit. Coordinate with the Sales Executive for site visit appointments. Arrange cab facilities for customers when required. Send reminders before the scheduled site visit.Customer Engagement
Collect customer feedback after site visits. Coordinate booking discussions with the Sales Executive and Management. Follow up until the booking process is completed.Sales Coordination
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team for customer updates and follow-ups. Ensure every customer interaction is properly documented. RequirementsMinimum 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.
Experience in Real Estate, Loans, Banking, Credit Cards, Insurance, or any customer-facing sales industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is an advantage. What We Offer
