US Accounts Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Tax Accountant to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for CA Freshers or CA Inter candidates who are interested in building a career in US Accounting and Taxation. The candidate will support tax compliance, accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities while working closely with senior team members. Key Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger records. Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Support preparation of financial statements and management reports. Handle bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Support budgeting, reporting, and financial data analysis activities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries and records. Coordinate with internal teams for financial and accounting requirements. Required Qualifications CA Fresher / CA Inter / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts. Interest in US Accounting Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
