Seeking a reliable babysitter for four kids, ages preschool to middle school.

We're looking for a reliable babysitter to help us during the weekday mornings with getting our kids ready and to school. Our 11 yo is reasonably self-sufficient. The younger children will need fed, dressed, hair done and all four walk to school together with drop off by 840. The sitter must be comfortable around our pets, which include a small Chihuahua and a doodle. No car is required. Ideally we can find somebody who fits well enough in our family to provide date night care occasionally as well.
