Compliance Lead

Hiring: Compliance Lead (5-10 years experience) Our client, a leading fintech company is looking to hire a qualified company secretary (LLB prefered) to oversee secretarial, and regulatory compliance for it's fast-growing wealth-tech platform in Mumbai. In this role, you will ensure full adherence to RBI, SEBI, and AMFI guidelines, managing end-to-end regulatory filings, Mutual fund compliances, and corporate secretarial duties, including board resolutions and statutory record-keeping. You will also be responsible for developing internal compliance policies, staying ahead of regulatory changes, and leading audits and inspections.
