Job Description
TriStar Health seeks a Regulatory Compliance Nurse Coordinator to support patient safety and adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards. In this role, you will lead clinical audits, monitor Joint Commission and CMS requirements, and support survey readiness across our facilities. You will collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to update policies, investigate compliance issues, and implement corrective action plans. The coordinator will educate teams on regulatory changes, analyze trends, and support continuous improvement to ensure safe, high-quality, evidence-based care.
