The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in authentic regional cuisine and a strong background in serving HNI/VIP families or luxury private residences. Key Responsibilities Prepare authentic Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine with exceptional taste and presentation. Design and curate daily and seasonal menus based on family preferences. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. Source and manage premium-quality ingredients while minimizing wastage. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and timely meal preparation. Cater to special dietary requirements and customized meal preferences. Maintain complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion within the residence. Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service. Key Requirements 8–10 years of relevant experience as a Private Residence Chef, Luxury Villa Chef, or Five-Star Hotel Chef . Expertise in Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine is mandatory. Experience serving HNI/VIP families or private residences will be highly preferred. Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, regional cooking techniques, and ingredient selection. Excellent kitchen management, hygiene, and food safety practices. Professional, disciplined, well-groomed, and trustworthy. Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and deliver personalized hospitality.
