We’re Hiring: VP & Financial Controller

Are you a seasoned finance leader with a strong background in financial controllership and regulatory compliance for publicly listed entities? IKS Health is looking for a VP & Financial Controller to join our leadership team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Role Overview

• Position: VP & Financial Controller
• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• Reporting To: CFO (Nithya Balasubramanian)
• Scope: Overseeing Accounts, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Audit, and Regulatory Compliance (SEBI/Listed Entity) for Indian parent and US subsidiary entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Controllership: Lead accounting, reporting, and financial control functions across Indian and global entities.
• Audit & Compliance: Manage end-to-end audit processes and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, US GAAP, and SEBI regulations.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with management reporting packs and variance analysis.
• Strategic Partnering & M&A: Provide financial expertise for M&A due diligence, integrations, and business expansion.
• Process & Team Leadership: Modernize financial systems (Oracle), drive process automation, and mentor a high-performing controllership team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 15+ years of post-qualification experience in financial controllership, taxation, forex hedging, and transfer pricing.
• Industry Focus: Experience in a public listed company or large multi-national/services business managing cross-border teams.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, SEBI guidelines, and enterprise ERP systems (Oracle preferred). SEZ and M&A experience is a plus.
• Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, data-driven leader, self-starter, and exceptional communicator.
