Sales Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with sales experience in Corporate & Govt sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business opportunities with Large corporate's & Public sector clients.

Must be ready to make inroads in the selected clientele from cold calling to proposal submission and closing the deal.

Understand customer requirements as an System Integrator in the field of Computer hardware, Networking, Surveillance systems, Cyber Security and Technology Solutions and engineering services.

Prepare technical proposals, and techno-commercial offers.

Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with corporate and govt. customers. Coordinate with Client's management team, Project teams for proposed solution and execution.

Track tenders, RFQs, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Participate in tenders, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events. Follow up on proposals, negotiations, orders, and business closures.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

2–5 years of experience in Hardware Sales, application development, Networking.

Experience dealing with Large Corporate clients, PSUs, Govt. departments, System integrators, etc.

Understanding of technical specifications, quotations, and tender documentation.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, tenders, and business development activities.

Preferred Knowledge of IT Hardware, Networking, Cyber security, Surveillance systems, Electronic security and System Integration services
