V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Product Panning Coordinator for our premier client NYC, NY.
Education and Experience:
Looking for 1-3 years of experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 1-3 years of experience in ad sales operations, media planning, analytics, project coordination, or a related entry-level business support role; internship or rotational program experience may be considered. Experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports in Excel.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »
Comfortable working with large datasets, trackers, and recurring operational reporting. Familiarity with formulas, pivots, lookups, dashboards, and reporting automation is a plus. Comfortable working in ambiguous or "messy " situations and driving tasks to completion. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Strong attention to detail, organization, written communication, follow-through, and a proactive attitude when learning new systems, processes, and business areas. Help clean up and streamline existing processes. Support the administration and organization of AI and automation initiatives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Strong follow-through and ability to independently manage ongoing responsibilities.
