Sales Operations Executive

Navapada Sales is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join our team in Surat.

What the role involves:

• Generating new business enquiries and customers
• Meeting builders, contractors, engineers and applicators
• Preparing quotations and following up on enquiries
• Managing existing customer relationships and repeat orders
• Coordinating orders, stock and dispatch
• Tracking payments and pending commitments
• Supporting daily business operations

What we’re looking for:

• Good communication and follow-up skills
• A sales-focused and responsible approach
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in construction chemicals or building materials is preferred

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 2 to 5 years preferred
