Job Summary: We are looking for a Copywriter with exceptional storytelling ability, strong digital sensibilities, and a strategic mindset to join our creative team. You should be able to turn a simple brief into an idea that can live across formats — from a 15-second Reel to a creator-led video, a campaign film, a meme, a social post, a Google Ad, or a high-converting Meta campaign. You understand the difference between writing something people want to watch and writing something that makes them take action — and know how to do both. Key Responsibilities : Write, edit, and oversee content across digital formats: social media, performance marketing (Google, Meta ads), websites, landing pages, emailers, video scripts, blogs, and more. Develop big, culturally relevant campaign ideas for digital-first brands. Write sharp, engaging scripts for Reels, YouTube, social films, branded content and creator collaborations. Understand how stories work differently across platforms and formats. Turn client briefs, trends and everyday observations into compelling ideas. Write in multiple tones and voices — from funny and conversational to emotional and impactful. Work closely with designers, videographers, marketing peers and creators to bring ideas to life. Do storytelling for campaigns from concept to execution. Contribute to pitches and brainstorming sessions with creative ideas and campaign concepts. Mingle & upskill peers to help raise the overall creative output of the team. Stay plugged into internet culture, emerging formats, creators and how people actually consume content today. Education: Masters/Bachelors in English, Media Comm, Journalism & Advertising Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in writing for marketing communications. Agency experience of at least 1 year would be an added advantage
