This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact SAP transformation and work directly with business leaders, IT, SAP teams, and site-level stakeholders to drive the project from planning through go-live.
What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage an SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through go-live and stabilizationOwn project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and overall executionCoordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, SAP, and operationsLead requirements gathering, testing, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activitiesManage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadershipIdentify and resolve project risks and roadblocksSupport change management and organizational readiness throughout the implementation
What We’re Looking ForProven experience managing SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANAStrong project management and stakeholder-management skills xzbcwsv Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environmentsUnderstanding of SAP business processes and implementation methodologyExperience with testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activitiesAbility to travel up to 50%Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent SAP/project experience
