Deputy Center Head for a Mall - Mumbai / Hyderabad ( Property Management)

Job description Position Summary - The Deputy Center Head will be responsible for end-to-end mall operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the property. This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong retailer relationships, managing facility and contract services, and ensuring compliance with safety and statutory norms. Key Responsibilities Mall Operations & Property Management Oversee complete mall operations including property management, tenant coordination, customer services, and contract services such as facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Ensure uninterrupted day-to-day operations and a safe, customer-friendly environment for retailers and visitors. Retailer & Tenant Management Identify and track key perform
