Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EMS sector, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into long-term customers. Daily activities include conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, coordinating with engineering and operations teams to translate customer requirements into viable solutions, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Senior Business Development Executive will also support contract negotiations, contribute to pricing strategies, and provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation within B2B or manufacturing environments.
• Strong Account Management and relationship-building skills to support customer retention and growth.
• Solid understanding of Business principles, including sales pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or related technical industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
