Legal Associate to support the review, negotiation, and management of trading andconfidentiality agreements for their institutional markets businesses. Responsibilities include assisting with repurchase agreements such as MRAs/GMRAs, Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements (MSFTAs), NDAs, account onboarding documentation, and related legal requests. The role will work closely with legal, business, operations, compliance, andrisk teams to support client onboarding, regulatory initiatives, and documentation projects.You should possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, contracts, or legaldocumentation is a plus.
