Looking for a care role with variety and flexibility? Join our Home Support Team (HST) and support residents across our 10 care homes in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.
? Like working for an agency, but with the security and benefits of being directly employed by Coverage Care. You'll work across different homes, gain a wide range of experience, and enjoy the flexibility and variety of agency work while being part of one permanent organisation.
Pay & Benefits
£14.00 per hour (£14.54 NVQ Qualified) £1.00 per hour weekend enhancement (Midnight Friday to Midnight Sunday) Paid mileage Paid breaks Free uniform Employee Assistance Programme Full training and development opportunities Opportunity to gain Level 2 & 3 Health & Social Care qualifications Monthly rotas provided in advance
About You
We're looking for caring, compassionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working in different environments and making a real difference to people's lives.
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as you'll travel between our homes. xrexnqw
