Construction Project Manager - Main Facilities and Construction - Full Time - Days

Overall project management responsibility for the development of construction and renovation project Responsibilities Coordinate the design and construction of projects with involved users including physicians, administration, department directors, IT staff, Bio med, suppliers and others. This includes interfacing with outside design firms and regulatory agencies throughout the design and administration phases of construction. Prepare and administer contracts for capital improvements projects including buy out of all equipment for the projects. Review construction contracts with Risk Management and outside legal counsel develop construction contracts.
