Lead the Way in Quality Control & NDT Excellence!1st Shift-Monday-Friday with some Saturday OT, 6:00am to 4:00pmPay Rate: $19-$21 DOEAre you a seasoned quality inspector with advanced NDT skills looking for your next challenge? Join a team where precision, expertise, and problem-solving drive success. What You’ll Do: Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goodsConduct Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual, and Ultrasonic inspectionsProvide testing and inspection support for all production and quality processesIdentify quality issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actionsAssist with investigation and resolution of customer complaintsComplete detailed inspection reports and manage electronic documentationSupport the team in continuous quality improvement initiatives✅ What You Bring: 5+ years inspection experience in manufacturing/quality controlHigh School diploma or GED equivalentASNT TCIA Level II Certified (NDT)Strong understanding of quality control systems and proceduresAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specificationsProficient in math (fractions, decimals, algebra, trigonometry, geometry)Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have inspection capabilities – basic inspection tool knowledge, accurately read a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and gages. Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and frequent walkingOccasional bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pullingSome repetitive activityLight to heavy physical effort as neededAbility to lift 10 lbs. frequently, 20+ lbs. occasionally, and 30+ lbs. with assistance Why Join Us?
