Billing Engineer Real Estate

Experience: 3-6 Years (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify contractor RA and final bills.
• Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations.
• Verify site measurements and subcontractor bills.
• Coordinate with Site, Purchase & Accounts teams.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and work orders.
• Track billing milestones and project costs.
• Prepare billing MIS, cost analysis, and reconciliation reports.
• Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and audits.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years of billing experience with a real estate developer.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and billing procedures.
• Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD & ERP knowledge preferred.
• Experience in redevelopment/residential projects is an advantage.
