Role Description The Equity Research Instructor will design and deliver practical, India-focused equity research lessons for learners preparing for roles in markets and analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating structured curriculum content, explaining equity valuation frameworks, walking learners through real Indian company case studies, and reviewing their research reports and models. The instructor will host live or recorded sessions, respond to learner queries, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate with the team to continuously improve course material and assessment standards. The role also involves integrating AI tools and data sources used in modern equity research workflows, aligning content with Ind AS, SEBI norms, and NSE/BSE practices. This is a remote, contract role.
Qualifications
Strong equity research expertise, including financial statement analysis, valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, multiples), and sector/company modeling. Applied knowledge of Indian capital markets, Ind AS, SEBI regulations, and how NSE/BSE function in practice. Experience creating or delivering finance education content, such as teaching, corporate training, or mentoring analysts. Ability to design structured curriculum, case studies, and assessments that reflect real-world analyst work. Comfort with using spreadsheets, financial databases, and AI tools relevant to equity research and analytics. Clear, engaging communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to early-career learners. CFA, FRM, CA, or similar professional qualification, or significant buy-side/sell-side equity research experience. Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a distributed content and product team.Details
