Head – Corporate Growth & Client Partnerships - Chennai

We are looking for a senior professional to lead Corporate Growth & Client Partnerships . Chennai experience and an established corporate network are important. The opportunity: We are looking for someone with an established network across particularly within: HR | Employee Experience | Internal Communications | Corporate Communications | Administration | Marketing with strong exposure to IT, ITES, GCC and large corporate organisations. Your role will be to: Develop senior-level relationships across key corporate accounts. Identify opportunities where Aura's creative and experiential capabilities can add value. Build conversations with decision-makers well before a formal brief or RFP. Understand the client's business and communication objectives. Work closely with Aura's creative and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions. Develop strategic accounts and create long-term client partnerships. Represent Aura within the corporate and business community. You could come from Advertising | Digital | Experiential | Corporate Communications | Internal Communications | Employee Engagement | HR Solutions | L&D | MICE | Corporate Hospitality We would particularly value: 12–18 years of relevant experience Strong relationships with senior corporate decision-makers in Chennai Excellent understanding of corporate marketing, employee engagement or brand communication Strong consultative and presentation skills Commercial maturity and an instinct for identifying opportunities The credibility to engage comfortably with CXOs and functional heads A genuine interest in building relationships over the long term This is a senior role with significant autonomy and the opportunity with competitive fixed compensation performance-linked upside, commensurate with experience.
