Position: IT Project Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team!
This is a client-facing role responsible for leading end-to-end technology projects for a growing Managed Services Provider. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal technical resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing complex projects, working directly with clients, and helping technical teams execute successfully in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities:Manage IT projects including migrations, deployments, and infrastructure upgradesServe as the primary point of contact for clientsCoordinate engineers, support teams, and stakeholdersTrack timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestonesMaintain project documentation and status reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience:3+ years of project management, coordination, or related IT experienceStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsUnderstanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologiesExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:MSP experienceConnectWise, Autotask, , Asana, or similar toolsMicrosoft 365 and Azure exposurePMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
