Are you from an electronics manufacturing background looking to take full ownership of a high-precision production operation, drive real improvements, and lead a skilled team in a business known for quality and reliability?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an established electronics manufacturer in a key leadership position, where you will have the autonomy to improve delivery, yield, and efficiency while working closely with engineering on technically demanding products.
This company manufactures high-stability frequency control products used across aerospace, defense, telecommunications, industrial, and instrumentation markets. Due to increased production requirements, they are now looking to add an experienced leader who can scale output while protecting quality and process discipline.
In this hands-on role you will run day-to-day production across assembly, calibration, and test, develop technicians and assemblers, and own continuous improvement initiatives around cycle time, yield, and on-time delivery. You will also partner directly with R&D to introduce new oscillator products into production. xzbcwsv
This role would suit a candidate from a precision oscillator or high-reliability electronics background looking for ownership, leadership responsibility, and the chance to drive measurable improvements in a growing operation.
The Role:
*Lead day-to-day production across electronics assembly, calibration, and test
*Manage and develop a team of technicians and assemblers
*Drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and on-time delivery
*Partner with R&D to introduce new products into production
The Person:
*Production/Manufacturing leadership experience within electronics manufacturing
*Strong background in PCB assembly, test, and quality systems
*Experience in high-reliability, RF, or precision electronic assemblies (oscillator experience is ideal)
