Occupational Therapist – Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care

Renewal Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that improve ADLs, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and educate patients and families.
