MySivi is India’s first AI Tutor designed to help users practice English speaking. It enhances learning by correcting grammar, pronunciation, and fluency at a faster rate. MySivi aims to improve English communication skills through its innovative AI technology.

Location: In-office, HSR layout

What will you do ?

• Own and grow MySivi’s social media presence end-to-end
• Build and scale regional language pages in collaboration with internal teams
• Develop and scale IP-led content pages with creators (repeatable, high-performing formats)
• Manage and execute in-house influencer marketing initiatives
• Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operate at scale
• Plan and execute growth strategies with clear KPIs and a practical roadmap
• Drive distribution-first thinking-identify and execute growth hacks beyond just content creation
• Build strong platform expertise, especially on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
• Explore and experiment with international content distribution strategies (good to have)

What do we need ?

• Fluency is Hindi is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media growth and content ecosystems
• Experience managing or scaling social media pages is a plus
• Ability to think distribution-first, not just content-first
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset-comfortable with metrics, testing, and iteration
• High ownership, speed, and execution ability
• Great energy and fun to work with
