About Job

We are looking for a smart, organized, proactive, and well-presented Personal Assistant (PA) to work closely with our Founder and provide day-to-day professional and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments & schedules
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, contractors and internal teams
• Handle follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
• Prepare and manage reports, documents and correspondence
• Assist the Founder in meetings and maintain meeting notes/action points
• Coordinate regarding ongoing interior & turnkey projects
• Manage travel, meetings and other business-related arrangements
• Maintain confidentiality of business and client information
• Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and various teams
• Support the Founder in day-to-day business and operational activities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational & time-management abilities
• Proactive approach with excellent follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and handle priorities efficiently
• Professional personality with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment
• Prior experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Management Coordinator will be preferred
• Experience in interior design, architecture, construction or turnkey projects will be an added advantage
