Meat ManagerFunction: To provide courteous and efficient service to customers and to cut meat and related products in the manner as directed by company standards.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Manage day to day operations which includes associate supervision and delegation of workload for all department associates.Product ordering and inventory management for the daily needs of the business.Training and guidance of new associates.Weekly scheduling for all department associates.Responsible for achieving targeted departmental budgets set by corporate directors.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Provide prompt and courteous service to customers according to company policiesUnload deliveries including meat, pork, chicken, veal, lamb. Verify invoices and weights.Cut and trim meat and poultry into retail cuts as directed by company standards.Price and display product in cases as directed by company planograms to the highest standards of presentationMaintain knowledge of all products sold in the departmentGrind and cube meats.Maintain all operating equipment.
